§ 2-1-4. Nonpartisan Primary

Whenever three (3) or more candidates file nomination papers, candidates for elective City offices may be nominated by a nonpartisan primary conducted pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 8.05(4). Such candidate shall file with his/her nomination papers a declaration that he/she will qualify for the office to which he/she may be elected.
