§ 2-2-13. Quorum

  • (a) Three (3) members or more of the Common Council shall constitute a quorum, but a lesser number may adjourn if a majority is not present or compel the attendance of absent members. The Mayor shall not be counted in computing a quorum. No action shall be taken unless a quorum is present.

    (b) The Council may, by a majority vote of those present, adjourn from time to time to a specific date and hour.
